Food in Cuba

Cuban cuisine is a combanation of spanish, african and caribbean foods. A typical cuban meal would consist of rice or beans, meat which is mainly pork or beef and a salad of lettuce, tomato, avacado, cucumber, carrots, cabbage and radish. the most popular sauce to accompany meat dishes is mojo. This is made with ingredents such as oil, garlic, onions anda varity of spices. Soups and stews are also quite common. Food in the west of Cuba has a slight chinese influence.
